When watching a DVD on the HTPC, whenever there is a close-up of someone's face, there seems to be some motion blur. Most noticeable around the eyebrows or the mouth. Never really notice anything when it's not a zoom-in shot. The card is a 5450(green)(HDMI to lcd). Never had any choppiness or stuttering. Streaming video works fine. Xbox 360 S(HDMO to lcd), works fine. TV is an older Samsung with 60Hz refresh. Does this seem like a under-powered video card or maybe just my older / slower LCD tv?
