My question to whomever might know is...............


How do I correct the Motorola HD distributed by Comcast Maryland, and possibly other states, when I try to bring up the guide, menu or info bar while on a Hi-Def channel. We have tried changing the resolution and the aspect ratio and still......no graphics.

Are you using the component output or DVI output? Remember, you can't get HDTV or menus through s-video and composite.

Only component hookups used here. The strange thing is, I have the same Moto HD STB and I can get everything to work just fine and the person in question lives a few miles away. It's very strange indeed......but thanks very much!
