Mount Projector in Attic instead of Hush Box?

Hi,

I just heard someone on the radio describe how he mounted a projector in his attic with a hole in the ceiling for the lens. He then bounced the image off of a mirror onto a screen. He bought something that extened the IR receive so he could control it with the remote. This seems simpler than a hush box. I am not planning to do this myself (no attic) but I thought someone else might be interested in the idea.

That seems like a complicated solution to a pretty simple problem. If his attic is anything like mine it's kind of dusty, and he'd need to manufacture a box anyway to protect the projector from the dust.

Just nail that puppy to the ceiling, sit down and start watching!
