Hi Gang

I have a Sony 1271Q and I was just wondering if there is a mounting bracket I can get for this projector that will allow for some tilt and height adjustments once mounted. I am moving into a new home, not sure if I'll mount it on the floor or ceiling yet, but based on past experience it would be nice to have the option for these adjustments.

Anything exist lke this?

Thank you, Glenn

Unistrut is the current recommendation.

Cheap.

Available usually at the local home improvement warehouse in the electrical department.

More flexible than an expensive OEM mount.

If you have access to a welder you can make your own. I built mine from plans and it works fine.

He calls them horsehead bookends. There is a print you can download. I made mine from aluminum stock but you could probably use steel also. Work great for up/down tilt. I have mine tilted slightly upward to get the top of my screen near the ceiling in the basement.
