Movies streaming or external hard drive -- Folder Structure and Thumbs??

Cross posting, from Playstation Thread... Not having much luck on that side. Hopping for more luck on this side.

Hello All,

I read through the definitive PS3 streaming guide and have a few questions. I am planning on using PS3 Media Server, and or tversity. I have all my movies on 2 external hard drives. One hard drive as .iso's and the other has .vob's. Can either of the streaming programs read and play .iso?

I also like to keep my smaller external hard drive with .vob's, in case I do not want to have the PC on, and just plug in the external hard drive straigt to the PS3

1. Can PS3 Media Server or tversity read/stream .iso's?

2. What is the best folder structure for Movies? Currently I have a folder Video --> Movie Name -->Audio_ts and video (under Video_ts) --> VTS_01_1.VOB, VTS_01_2.VOB, VTS_01_3.VOB

3. What is the best folder structure for TV series? Currently I have a folder TVShow --> Season Number -->Episod Number -->Audio_ts and video (under Video_ts) --> VTS_01_1.VOB, VTS_01_2.VOB, VTS_01_3.VOB

4. Where/How can I generate Thumbs for the Movies and or TV shows, and where do they belong in the folder structure. I would like to have a bunch of Movie thumbs showing. I currently only see folder names

I would like this to work first with streaming, then second with external drives

Thank You,

Scott

PS

In doing more research... Half of an answer to Question #4

Great simple way to generate the thumbs.... Now I still do not know where to put the images in the folder structure
