I was never a huge fan of theme parks. But if I were, then maybe some of these...

MOVIE SERIES & FRANCHISES:
Alien - Especially Aliens and AVP. Some of these may be too intense and violent though for younger viewers.
Chronicles of Narnia
Clash of the Titans (2010), and Wrath of the Titans (2012)
Fast & Furious
The Hobbit, and The Lord of the Rings
Independence Day (ID4), and Independence Day: Resurgence - The original ID4 was remastered for both 2k and also 4k UHD Blu-ray a few years ago, and looks and sounds excellent! So it is well worth seeking out if you enjoy these films.
Indiana Jones
James Bond 007
Journey to the Center of the Earth (2008), and Journey 2: The Mysterious Island
Jumanji
Jurassic Park
Mission Impossible
Night at the Museum
Pacific Rim
Pirates of the Caribbean
Riddick - Some of these may also be too intense and violent for younger viewers.
Star Wars - Especially The Force Awakens, A New Hope, The Empire Strikes Back, and The Phantom Menace.
Terminator - Some of these may also be too intense and violent for younger viewers.
Tomb Raider
Transformers
Tron, and Tron: Legacy
Universal MonsterVerse
Universal Mummy movies with Brendan Fraser

OTHER ONE-OFF & INDIVIDUAL FILMS:
Aladdin (2019) - I have it on Blu-ray, and haven't watched it yet. But assume it's ok.
Close Encounters of the Third Kind
Cloverfield
Dante's Peak
The DaVinci Code
The Fifth Element
King Kong (2005)
Knight & Day
Love & Monsters - Haven't seen it, but reviews seem good.
Mad Max: Beyond Thunderdome
Monster Hunter
National Treasure
Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time
Sahara (2005)
The Scorpion King
Sky Captain & the World of Tomorrow
Sleepy Hollow
Stargate
10,000 B.C.
The Time Machine (2002)
Twister
Valerian - This gets kinda long though
War of the Worlds (2005)

I'm sure I'll think of some others, but it's still rather early here. :)

Some old-school selections. Some of these may only have monophonic sound.

A Night at the Opera
Psycho

Freddy Got Fingered

We're just listing random movies that have no connection with each other and nothing to do with the thread title, right? That's the best I can figure out.

More or less. :)
Spy Kids 3D, back in the day, was pretty spectacular. The Disc came with 3D glasses and was fun.

Of course, you can always have a simulated visit to Disney World's Avatar ride. Almost like being there, but without the lines.

Probably anything with Star Wars or Marvel in the title. Disney adventures.
Anything by Michael Bay or Tony Scott also.
Tend to stay away from these
I do hate amusement park rides
The transformers films. I wonder if Ambulance would be fantastic as I've heard it's one hell of a thrill ride to watch!
Didn't see it in cinema as I have a policy of Dolby atmos as a requirement and no cinema except for one with a tiny screen had it so waiting for uhd blu-ray disk release to watch it!
