I have the Moxi DVR from Charter, and I hate the menu design. I have to scroll over and over and up and down to find anything. I don't know how to see an overview of programs on a time basis.
My Motorola digital cable box has a nice grid menu, and easy to use time line grid to find programs.
My question is regarding the Moto 6416 DVR. Can anyone tell me how the screen menu's work?
Am I missing something on the Moxi? I can't believe how anyone can use this menu design of scrolling all over.
Charter's answer was to swap it out. I'm not sure they had any idea of what I was talking about.
