I just got a mrf-260 to go with my mx-810 remote. This is the first time have used one of these. The front blaster works just fine however the ir cables do not seem to work at all.

Did you set the RF channel on the bottom on the unit? You also need to set the channel in the software. In the standard editors it's under RF Control. Not sure where to find it in the MX810 editor though. Also, it may sound stupid, but make sure your flashers are plugged in all the way. The ports are so tight that it may seem like they're seated all the way in when they're really not.

Thanks the plugs were not plugged in all the way on the back of the unit. You really have to push them in hard. It works great now.
