I'm sure everyone remembers the uproar caused when MS and Q Entertainment released the "Full" version of Lumines Live that was stripped of most of the features of the PSP version. All for the highest price on the Marketplace.


Well they finally announced something of a restitution.

Seems everyone who already has Lumines and a Gold account will be able to download a new skin and song for free on Jan 24, and the two extra game modes they stripped out of the Live version (CPU VS and Puzzle Mode) will be only 100 MS points for a month, at which point they'll go up to 300 points.


Better than nothing, and good to see they (finally) responded.

300 points is modest for 90 new things...Sounds like a sweet deal to bad I hated the game.

Expensive as it was, this game should've been given the 1000/1000 treatment rather than just 200/200. Seeing as how I blindly purchased the game just on word of mouth, I'll be forking over the extra 300 or so points for an officially complete game.
