Try Fuse, formerly Much Music USA. Fuse is mostly music videos, like MTV used to be.

If you have Comcast, also try MTV Hits (100% Music Video's no commercials), or VH1 Soul (same format as above). Channels 472, and 474 in Chicago.

I have Directv. I Love tivo to much to go with comcast. The funny thing about this is that M2 was going to be just music 24/7. Now look at it.
