I am subscribed to Bell Express VU and have the new 20 inch dish with

dual heads to pick up both birds ..91 and 81 . I have 3 receivers

including the HD 6000. I purchased a terk M58 multi-switch in the States

but the 6000 receiver won't recognize it . The only way I can view both

birds is to manually hook up the 2 lead in cables for whatever bird I wish

to watch and reboot the receiver.

Does anyone else have this problem ? Is it a software issue that BEV

has not resolved as I am learning that other people are having

problems with a powered SW 44 multi switch that BEV recommends with

the 6000 receiver.

Any feed back would be appreciated.

No, it's a hardware issue in that you have picked up a 4x4 switch that uses a 22Khz tone to switch between satellites. BEV/Dish use serial data to switch between satellites. A Quad LNB or SW44 should work.
