multimedia projector under 1.0 throw ratio

Any recommendations on a projector with a shorter throw for a multi use room.
Movies, sports, video games equal use. its an open concept room that has some windows on the other side of a walk out basement.
I wanted a short throw so when watching sports and with little kids staying seated isnt as important.
what projectors should i be looking at?
i get a discount of 30-50% on BenQ but if nothing fits the bill i am open to any other brands.
budget was looking to stay under $4k.
i was looking at a 130-150" screen

BenQ i was looking at LU953ST or LK953ST

The BenQ TK700STi should work as well; 150in image from ~10ft:

BenQ TK700STi Projection Calculator - Throw Distance and Screen Size (use the drop down menu at the top to select other projectors)

Here's a couple of solid state 1080P projectors that will downsample 4K HDR to 1080P HDR:

Optoma GT1090HDR (laser); 150in from 5ft 5in.

BenQ X1300i (LED); 120in from ~11.5ft

This projector is geared mainly for gaming, but it will work well for sports and movies, and will perform best with a lower gain grey screen, IMHO. I reviewed the PX-747-4K (very similar tech) here and I was impressed with it:

Viewsonic 4k PX747 - $750 (some screen shots on a 145in grey painted screen).
