I think it changed early March when D* changed there programing packages and pricing.

I don't need the Weather Channel in HD, and none of the reports of what will be offered has changed my mind. Plus, they will have to seriously have to twist my arm to get the new HR 20 into my home unless the shortcomings are fixed.
I've had HD for 6 or 7 years now, the novelty has worn off. If I'm not going to watch it I have no desire to pay for it. As it is I only watch a handful of the hundred plus channels I pay for now. I'd love ala-carte.

History
Espn I & II
Discovery
NG
Sci-Fi
TnT
RSN's
Movie channels (premiums)
Those are all pretty much the mainstream normal channels...now if something like Lifetime-HD is what you're waiting for, well than thats your problem.

I'm not trying to bash you, as a little of the novelty of HD has worn off for me as well (as I tend to watch my 36" SONY SD TV for most my viewing these days), but if none of those channels interest you, then why are you hanging out in the HD forum?

As I said to someone else over in the HD TiVo forum who raised the same question, I prefer to have a life rather than watch someone else's. To each his own....
