Here is my room setup.

1. Will it be better if i left my F1 speaker, 1 foot further left and increase the gain on it?

2. Also is it better if i sit at the perfect Triangle of F1, F2, and Seat1 and have the rear speakers point towards me a little. Or is it better to sit near the back (Seat2) where the rear speakers are on the side of me?

3. My R1, R2, and Center speaker is only at sitting level, should i tilt/aim them higher towards my ears?? My F1 and F2 are only a little bit below ear level

4. Are my windows behind my tv/center/sub going to effect the sounds in a bad way?

5. Will the walls behind me make the F1/F2/Center sound better due to the bouncing back at me, or would it sound worse?

Thanks!

one consideration is your surrounds....in a Dolby Labs setup, a 5.1 speaker setup has "sides", slightly over the shoulder, rather than "rears". You could experiment with the surrounds on the side walls (they will be very close to the corners, but that is what the experimentation is for), rather than on the rear wall facing forward.

Try arranging the room to get as close to the Dolby theoretical layout as you can....the movie sound tracks were mastered for this layout.
