I've been asked countless times about my setup (im kiddin, I haven't really) so here goes...

It's pretty straight forward, an iPad Mini (a retina one, I might add), iTunes for my movie collection and the heaven sent Apple EarPods

I've been looking at some of the setups you guys have and they are pretty nice, gonna pinch some of your idea's for my own home theater setup, when I get a place of my own.

In the mean time, get you some Audio-Technica M50X or M70X headphones to listen to whatever you may be watching on that iPad.

Gotta start somewhere kiddo, at least the new generation has great devices, low prices from China's clone market, and great advice on this internet forum thingy, not like us pre net hacks who spent entire weeks huddled into smoke filled sheds listening to valve guy lore to get a start.

This ol roadies entertainment wifi'ed from raid drive of torrent movies to my 10inch tab when i curl up, love this age of things!!
