I have about a 250 millisecond delay. I would like to know if there is any way to remedy this. Any ideas would be helpful. Perhaps there is a utility to effect the video/SPDIF timing?

Are you using a direct S/PDIF output on the MyHD, or does that board send DTV audio through your sound board S/PDIF output? (In this case, unless you are using a different sound board, the Nforce on-board sound hardware is being used.) There is a utility for the Nforce audio in the Control Panel. You probably need to be sure you do not have the Nforce controls set for 'Dolby Digital encoding'. If the MyHD passes digital audio through the computer's bus to the Nforce output, it is probably left in its normal, already-Dolby-encoded form.

Same problem same configuration. However, I will note that I'm using the S/PDIF directly out of the MyHD. There shouldn't be any reason for an audio lag given this setup should there?
