Just wanted to let you guys know that I'm disputing the CC charge. I ordered a bulb for my Sanyo Z5 on Nov. 10 and still have not gotten it yet - and now I can't even contact them. They used to have a phone # on the web site - now its gone - but I finally did find the # - but you cannot speak to anyone - they direct you to the web site.

I wrote them a couple of e-mails but they dont answer - what a horrible way to do business. Just wanted to give you guys a heads up.

I guess I'll go to B&H here in NYC.
