I was trying to watch Dark Knight on Bluray last night with cyberlink powerdvd 9 ultra + the 7 version, and I could not get it to properly play over my HDTV. When I drag the player over to the other screen it tries to play but it goes wicked slow. The timer for one second takes say around 10 seconds. Any idea what the issue is? I'm using a Dynex 32 inch 720P TV too. The HD DVD part works too. I don't know if it is a software or hardware issue either.


I tried making it my primary monitor too.

I tried making it my primary monitor too.

I have dual monitors (Dynex 32" + Optoma HD70) in clone mode. Works fine, no probs.

Try Clone mode instead of extended desktop and see if it works. Or try disabling your monitor and playing it only on the TV.

You might need to play around with the display driver settings.

try to open the media player without loading the movie, move it to the tv and then open the movie
