I think I can't wait any longer to start posting pics about my Dell LT150, and what I'm doing with it.

Here's a pic:

That's my LT150 on a permwall Cinema Vision at 120". As you can see, there are some lights on and it still looks pretty bright. The Sony TV on the right is a 36" so that you can get a bit into perspective.

In that occassion I was running my cable box S-Video output into my HTPC (P4 1.5GHz, GeForce2 MX) and using DScaler for de-interlacing and some filters.

I'm just finishing the room today with the Diva speakers I just received, and tomorrow the furniture is coming in. As soon as I move the 300 lb Gorilla out of the room, it'll be completed.

If you want pics of anything, just ask. Or if you want any more specific specs, just let me know. =)

PS - Thanks to AV Science for the awesome service. I got the screen through them. Jason Turk is great to deal with.

Oh my gosh, Jose. Look how bright that looks even with the light trained on the screen. What are people thinking when they say 800 lumens is not enough? More pics. Please.

Chuckster, the screen is priced just under $600, plus shipping. It's 120" on a 4:3 ratio, so 96" wide and 72" tall. It comes with the frame, and the screen, and it's a snap to setup.

I went to bed last night at 2am, after setting up the Divas, and because of the time, I wasn't able to test them properly, but just had a few trys now and they're amazing. I'll take pics tonight, as by then I should have the furniture in, cables hidden, and just the TV left to move out of the room.

JoseQ,

Can I ask how far back from the screen did you have mount the projector to fit that screen?

What are the demension of that screen (width x height)?

Lastly, where did you buy that screen?

Sorry so many question, but I like your setup and want to "borrow" it if you don't mind. http://www.avsforum.com/ubb/smile.gif

The projector is I believe 12.5 feet from the screen. I'd have to double check that as I mounted it about two weeks ago and don't remember completely. However, the manual describes exactly how far it has to be for a screen of such dimensions.

All of your other questions were answered in my previous two posts.
