I just finished buying a Samsung 32A650 LCD TV from my local Best Buy and I now notice the plastic frame is coming unglued on the top left corner. I tried pushing it back but it keeps popping off.


I call Samsung this morning and they say physical damage is not covered under the warranty... what the heck??


How can they sell a TV with parts coming off and not have it covered under the warranty????


Last time I buy a Samsung LCD TV. Screw them. I'll have to take it up with Best Buy. I hope THEY will listen...

Just return it. Something happened to it, it's not common. So go exchange it for another as you just got it.
