Hi everyone. I purchased a new dell w1700. It was only 230$, and it is a computer monitor and a tv. When I use it as a tv the images are really blury. I have tried adjusting the contrast and such, but it only helped a little bit, any suggestions?

Dell TV's are junk, only to be outdone by Gateway. Their response time is turtle slow. The images mush across the screen. I would return it and get something better. No amount of menu adjustment is going to fix it.

It was mmade by panasonic for dell. Panasonic doesnt suck.

They are junk, trust me! I owned one. Thankfully it was under warranty and I got it replaced 5 times in a row before I gave up and sold it. Every week something new would go wrong on them. From banding, to the power button falling off. It drove me crazy. I don't think Panasonic makes these either. Do you really think a quality LCD is going to cost $230??? NO.
