Hi, all

The screen shows the reflected RGB beam in the section of the screen straight from the projector.

How can I get rid of this? The screen is custom made with shiny whiteboards.

Is this geometry problem or too much gain on the screen or warped screen?

This doesn't bother me that much but I like to get rid of it when I'm showing movies to guests.

Thanks.

Your problem is the "shiny whiteboards" This is not projection screen material. It's, well... er.... for writing on.

Projections screens are not glossy-reflective.

You should look into getting the correct material, or paint the screen using flat white paint. Read up in the screens forum for the best materials to do this.

I second that.

You want an ultra flat white surface.

There is a guy that has screen material for sale that you could staple over what you have built if you are interested. Would only cost about 60. Send DrBob a private message for the source. He bought some and made a frame and it seems to work fine.
