I posted it in the Tivo forum a few weeks back, just before 3.0 came out. Cwoody suggested I post it here too but it's long and probably a bit too pro-Tivo to justify the space here. But since I was smart enough not to get a Showstopper and lucky enough to get 3.0 on the first days rollout I've had 3.0 long enough to get a feel for it and have updated the review. If you're interested it's here . Comments and corrections are welcome.

Mike,

I'd still like HD expansions.

Cheers

I posted it over on the TiVo forum, but to repeat myself:

After using the Replay and the TiVo (I travel a lot, and my company has a TiVo in a corporate apartment I stay in), I have to say that the Replay has a significantly better method of displaying the program guide information. The Channel Guide shows me the bulk of the primetime lineup on one screen, as well as what shows are going to be recorded. Having to slog 30 minutes at a time through the TiVo guide drives me absolutely nuts.

Now, what would be REALLY cool would be an option that allowed you to cram more program guide info on to the screen at once. It wouldn't be useful for people with smaller TVs, but with a bigger TV it would easily fit and be visible. Imagine 15 channels with 4 hours of programming displayed at a time. Killer....
