I thank you too, Replay! I LOVE my ReplayTV!!


1) I completely forgot about daylight savings time, but my ReplayTV didn't. Everything set for recording went just as scheduled.


2) My wife could never figure out how to set a recording on our VCR, but now she records all her favorite shows. Best of all, I don't need to spend forever searching a videotape to find MY shows. And we have plenty of space for both of us to record everything we want.


3) My mother always calls me during my favorite shows. Doesn't matter when they're on. I used to get her off the phone quickly so that I could return to my show. She hated that. Sometimes, I'd just push the record button on my VCR so that I didn't miss anything while I took the call, but then I couldn't catch up on my show until it was over. Now, I can start watching a paused show as soon as I'm ready.


ReplayTV is GREAT!! It's TRULY improved my relationships with my wife AND my mom.

Interesting thing about daylight savings time -- while Replay's Channel Guide handled it perfectly (1:00 and 1:30 were listed twice), the TMS data didn't quite know how to handle it. All the 30-minute shows that were scheduled from 1:30-2:00 were given a running time of 90 minutes.

See... I TOLD you guys that Oprah would be interested in ReplayTV, if we could just figure out the "relationship" angle. Now we've found the perfect hook... TCap, call 'em and try to get on the show somehow.
