I cannot open MyHD. Message says "Failed to create empty document" (MyHD_Eng). It was working fine but when I attempted to view another recorded program the computer froze. I turned off the computer but now I can't open up program at all.

Which link should I use? I have only updated once with help over the phone and that was quite a while ago 12/2003. Thanks

Download the manual first and it will explain how to install the software.
