When I uninstall the old version of the MyHD driver for my MDP-100, do I need to uninstall the IRC driver. If I did uninstall the IRC program, will it be reloaded as part of the new driver app? If not, where do I getr it and should I have it installed before I install the new MyHD app/driver?

MyIRC is installed as part of the software installation along with TitanTVHelper.

I've got it loaded based upon your instructions at DC, it scanned and found the stations, looks great, but it crashes now in XP. Really locks it up. I was just starting to look around the forum for some answers.

Let me guess, you have a hyperthreading CPU. Go to Digital Connection download page and read the instruction on installing with FPM reg merge files.
