I am having an issue with the picture quality from MyHD card on all inputs. The issue is all these little green dots flashing all over the screen. They are very noticable on skin tones or very dark colors. Has anyone else had or seen this issue it is very annoying. I think I have a pretty good setup with a Intel P4 2.0, VIA Chipset MB, Gig Ram, 40 Gig, 120 Gig, ATI 9000 Pro 128 meg, SB Live, MyHD, Windows XP Pro, Powerstrip. My setup uses the KD-VTCA2 transcoder going to Sony KP-WV700 57inch HDTV. I did however notice the same issue on my Sony 21 inch monitor so I don't think it has anything to do with my HDTV. I have swapped out just about every piece of hardware (other than processor and MyHD card) and rebuild OS multiple times trying to determine what issue is to no avail. Any ideas of what is causing the issue would be greatly appreciated.
