My 5040 is activated and I'm registered on the site, but when I login, the channel guide is blank and doesn't work, the channel drop down is blank, when I change to another date, it gives the same error "You have requested a starting time or a starting channel out of range. Please try again". The replay tab works fine and accurately reflects my shows that are recorded. Any advice? Thanks.

How long ago have you activated it?


What kind of lineup have you configured in your unit? (cable, satellite...)


when you do a netconnect, do you receive at least 8 days of channel guide data? (try to see what's programmed 8 days from now)
