Hello I have a NAD 315BB 2 channel amp with a Paradigm Atom. Now I have a Paradigm PDR 10 and I want to connect to be a 2.1 system but my NAD 315 dont have a sub pre-out. My sub have a rca input and a speaker input.

My only choice is a speaker input?

Is too much diferent with a speaker input and rca input?

Only choice is speaker input. As long as the crossover on the sub (assuming you have one) is functional, you should be fine.
