Just got this game on Saturday and was having a great time playing with the wife and kids. I have a toshiba 50' widescreen reprojection HDTV we use our TV for Network Television, Gaming, and DVD watching. For the last 2 years we have never had a problem with any screen burnin. My TV has been calibrated so my contrast and brightness are set really low. I am just afraid to play this game because of the static images on the screen. Any suggestions. Thanks in advance.

Play hard - play short (or reasonable) - mix up viewing.

if you've got your contrast/brightness set up properly, then it shouldnt be a problem. just be reasonable about it. if youre taking the family to a movie, dont leave the game sitting on the screen for those 2-3 hours :) basically, dont worry about burn in.

I would be VERY careful with those older games on an RPTV. If your contrast is up too high you can suffer burn-in in as little as 15 minutes.

Play short sessions.
