Thanks for your reply. Queestion, on some broadcasts (not all) do you get a very thin white line on the right hand edge of the picture. When I retun to natural mode, the screen is full. When I return to native, there is that very fine line on the right edge of the picture. Thank you.
The thin line you mention is one of the reasons displays do overscan. The line can be on a side, top or bottom of a picture. It could be sync data, it could be part of a 'frame', or several other elements. This is not a problem with your display.
Thank you sooo much. Now I don't have to worry about my new TV and can cancel the service call. I asked seversl techs at Toshiba, and they couldn't answer that. Thanks again.
I just bought a 50px60 panasonic plasma and also see three very faint line on the right edge of the screen. I have my TV connected directly to a cable box. Should I be concerned?
