NBA HD Options on D* This Year

I assume D* will be showing NBATV's HD schedule (although as we know from the beginning of last season, you never know).


Any rumors as to: (1) TNT-HD coming on board in time for the regular season; (2) loosening the restrictions on showing HDNet's coverage of Mavericks games; (3) adding ABC-HD in time for the playoffs, etc., etc.


Obviously, I'm looking for good news, but sadly, I am expecting otherwise.

Does D* have NBA HD? I understand there is no need to broadcast it now, but (IIRC) Nov. 8, we'll need it!
