Looks pretty clean. Haven't seen much TNTHD basketball this season, but I'd have to say this is the best I've ever seen on TNT. No macroblocking, no weird color tint problems.


I think the center court cam could be a little sharper, given that I've seen 50 yard cams on football (CBS and HDNet) look sharper than this at a farther away distance. There's some handheld cams (wireless?) on the floor that are a little soft. But with that said, it's a very good looking 1080i production overall. Much sharper than any basketball I've seen on ABC/ESPN.

Looked great to me, I have noticed that this year compared to last there is a lot less macroblocking, in some cases like last night there wasn't any. Of course I was as focused on the Suns shredding those poor Cavs as much as I was on the picture quality.

Both games looked pretty good last night but maybe its HD lite with D* because there was a decent amount of macroblocking as there has been all season with the TNT telecasts. Believe it or not but I noticed some shots becoming out of focus on the SD channel too.
