Well, I now have two NEC 6PG's, a "working" one, and one for parts. I have two working copies of every part except the DEF board (only one of those).

Anyways, with the new setup, S-Video input works perfectly, but RGB input "wobbles" a *lot* horizontally -- the image looks like an accordian, wobbling at about 1hz (each wobble cycle takes about one second).

I've tried swapping back all the new parts we put in, to no avail. The only thing I haven't tried is the DEF board, because the other one is bad.

So, would a problem like this be cause by a bad DEF board, or is there somewhere else I should look?

Thanks.
