I also obtained a few NEC programs for software control and calibration of MT series projectors, and a mpg training video on calibration.

Unfortunately though, I forgot I had irman software installed to run at boot and somehow it interfered and completely hosed the projector flash or eeprom. Now the only thing thats going to help me is to find another mt1020 to copy the data from (I have the software and cable pinout to do it) ;)

If anyone is interested the software will allow pc control of all functions as well as setup of ghosting adjustments, shift adjustment, independent rgb sub bright and sub contrast, colr, tint, sharpness, and access to internal test patterns you never knew existed...

There are a few different programs with different features available for different models from MT810-820-1000-1020 models.

If my experience is any example, I wouldn't suggest anyone attempt to use these unless you really absolutely can't resist... Most of them are made for engineering use and obviously have no safeguards built in.

Some just emulate remote funtions, or access features via gui, and others let you manually edit hex code in the pj will nilly.

I don't have a site to put this stuff up on, and I probably wouldn't if I did anyway. If anyone has a need for it then pm me and help offset my cost of aquiring it a little or copy your flash for me as payment.
