I have a Denon 3802 set up for 5.1 sound in the den. I finally got my N26's installed on the porch as the "Multi-Zone" speakers. Is there any way to turn them OFF? From reading the Denon manual, it appears you can only turn the volume all the way down, but not cut the power completely. Any ideas?

That's correct. The 3803 rectifies this, but it was a problem with the 3802.

You might want to put the sort of switch-box that you use to connect one pair of speakers to two different amplifiers (one at a time). If you wire up the 3802 to one amplifier input, and the speakers to the speaker out, you can switch to the 2nd amplifier position on the box to turn off the 2nd zone speakers.
