Currently the 52" Samsung (650 series) is on the original base. While the base is wide enough, the front/back depth if very short, making it not very stable. Since this unit is moved (very gently) and placed in various locations, it just doesn't feel very stable. I'm afraid an errant bump or a small earthquake might send it crashing to the floor.


Do they make a base of similar height but with wider and deeper dimensions so that it would be more stable?
