What models should I be looking at? btw the bigger the better but PQ is still important to me.

Sorry to be rude, but this is a technical forum and not a "best price" forum. Do some homework, search the threads, pick out some TVs you're interested in and then come back and ask some intelligent questions. Meanwhile, read the forum rules near the top of page 1 of this forum.

I understand but at the same time I'm looking to narrow down the models to pick from. I've been coming here for years and suffer from information overload. I end up worried about problems that are most likely isolated or I end up wanting to wait for high end features to make their way down to more affordable models.

For a slightly less pretentious answer, you could snag a LN-46B750 for just under the top of your range from http://www.6ave.com/shop/basket.aspx , an authorized Samsung dealer - see the list here - http://www.samsung.com/us/peaceofmind/ceddealers.html

The 650 is nice, the 750 has more features, better contrast and 240hz motion flow vs. 120hz on the 650. Not to mention the cabinet is a little nicer imo.

Very hard to distinguish the 240 and the 120...save some money and get the 650
