Need advice on AVR that can go with Polk Speakers

Hi everyone. This is my first post and am a complete noobie and just setting up my first entry level HT. I just pulled the trigger on a polk set of speakers. Here is my speaker set up:

CSi25 center

2 Polk R300 for back surrounds

2 Polk R50 for front

Probably will get a sub later. Still thinking about that.

I can't seem to find the RMS on these. They say max watt is 150W, Does that sound right?

My question is on the AVR. My budget for AVR is less than $300. I am leaning towards the Onkyo 504 and 604/605. However, these Onkyo doesn't seem to have pre-outs. And with 75 w/c or 85 w/c, I wonder if they are able to drive my Polk speakers. I heard somewhere the RMS should be 1.5-2x more than the speakers.

So my question is what AVR do you experts recommend, under 300, I don't need all the bells and whistles. 1 HDMI passthrough is enough for me. I am looking at pure quality AVR that can drive my speakers with the best clarity and quality of sound.

Thanks for the help.
