Need autorun file for .ts file on a recorded DVD-R

Hi guys my technical skills are limeted so can somebody help me on how to create an autorun file for HDTV *.ts files ? I'm using Nextcom R5000-HD to capture digital HD video from DishNetwork HD sat receiver via USB, the output file recorded on the hard drive is *.ts and playable on any media player, However I'm spliting each file to fit in 2 or 3 DVD-R's and play them using the VLC Media Player what I need is an autorun file for VLC Player to let the disc run automatically when insert it in the DVD drive and if possible another file asking to insert the next disc whatever 2, 3, or 4
