I have been trying to find a 1/8 " stero cable to r & L rca that is good quality and about 8' long. I do alot of listening out of my ipod (i know that is bad) and wnated to get a good cable but no one seems to have one that long

Just buy a shorter one and get an extension.

Go to RS and get a 1/8 stereo male - stereo RCA female. Use whatever length patch cables you wish.
