hey man, good deal on going crt. i'm up in sherman if you know where that is, just north of plano and mckinney. anyways person99 who is dave lives in flower mound and is more than willing to show his stuff off. i'm actually going to be making my way over there sometime soon because i haven't seen a crt first hand either.

Being a former 1208 user, Dave is probably your best source for setup tips in the area. I guess everyone failed to mention the unwritten rules of the Dallas-area CRTers. By purchasing a CRT, you must now host a local meet when everything is set up. 
Of course, you could be like Mark and take forever to get your room setup.

Now i just wish that my house was done so that I could go ahead and hang it instead of just shooting it at a wall.
As for the CRT meetup, oh I am planning on it. It wont be till the summer as the house wont be done by then, but i am already looking forward to it. I also have C-band dish, so I will try to time it when we can get some live feeds to show off uncompressed signals.
Anybody knows who is holding the next meet?
