I'm looking to buy either the denon 2113 or x2000. I'm not sure how the airplay works though. Does the receiver have to be plugged into my network or is it all wifi. Also are either of these dual zone? I'm not sure if I'm misreading the stats but I thought the 2113 was but not the 2000. I'd like to be able to watch tv in one room and listen to music in the backyard. Or at least have a Way to play music in the backyard from the receiver. Any help would be appreciated . Thanks.

The X2000 is the successor model to the 2113CI and so are very similar in the features they offer to include both being 5.1/Zone 2 capable. Review post #2 in each of the Owner's threads linked below to learn more about each model. Each model is a networking model and must have either a wired connection to the home's wifi router/modem or a wireless connection using another router as a "bridge" router. In both models there is no built-in wireless. Also review posts #3-6 in each thread for additional helpful information.

Additional features offered ---> Network diagnostics; Input Assign (analog audio inputs); Zone 2 pre-out variable volume control; HDMI Video Select (USB, Tuner, Network + CD); All Zone Stereo; AM radio
