Since we do not know that make/model plasma TV you have.

Or what reslution you are trying to send to the TV over what intserface.,

Or what resolution you have your PC desktop resolution set to.

Or what driver version from the Nvidia web site you are using.

Or what release of what operating system you are running.

There is not much we can do to help you until you provide more information.

You need to use a video card with a HDMI out to your TV. I had the same problem and it was the only way to fix it. Dell Optiplex to a Panisonic 50 plasma, finaly bought a cheapo video card, Nvidia 9600 with an HDMI out and ran that driectly to my TV and "BINGO!!!" all fixed. You will never get perfect resolution, like you would with a DVI or VGA in/out but this is 100x better than what I had.

The HDMI video protocol is the same as the DVI video protocol so swithing from a card with to DVI output and uses a DVI-HDMI adapter which just matches the video signal pin numbers between the two connectors to a card with an HDMI connector will not improve the digital video quality at all.
