Hello everyone,

I need a bit of help finding a song. The funny thing is I know the title and artist but the song seemed to have vanished. The title is "Eye in the sky" and the artist is Alan Parson. I used to have an extended version of this song in one of my cassettes in school days but I can't find it anymore. All that is available is the chopped up 4:36 version.

If someone has seen "cloudy with a chance of meatballs" and also knows the song he would know what I am talking about. In fact that movie brought the song back to me.

Any help will be appreciated. I would like to have that in a lossless format/CD so MP3 is not the best choice.

I know the song itself is not worth 20K but this information can only come from seasoned audiophiles that hang around this forum.

Sincerely,

-dollarman

I was a big fan of his. DIdn't like that album, I thought he peaked with Pyramid. It got too poppy after that.

I don't have the CD, but was there a cassette version with something longer than what was on the album? If so, I don't know about it.

I'd say eBay is your best bet, I've found all sorts of CDs and other music that I thought was long out of print, such as the Best of Camel 2 CD set that I bought the other week.
