I'm a newbie and never assymbled a PC before. After reading this forum and a long wait, I finally got my parts to build my PC. I have a specific question for now for those who owns a P4P800 deluxe mobo and the antec sonata case. For the front mounted audio connection, the sonata case has the following marked in the audio leads: mic, mic bias, Ret-L, Ret-R, FPOut-L, FPOut-R, Aud Gnd.

The p4p800 mobo has the following marks: Mic2, Mic Pwr, Line out_L, Line out_R, Bline_out-L, Bline_out-R, A_Gnd.

I can only match the "ground" with 100% degree of certainty, can u fill out the rest? THANKS!

29 views and no reply. Does this means one of the following?

1. Nobody has an antec sonata case with an Asus P4P800 deluxe mobo.

2. Somebody has the antec/p4p800 combi but has not figured out what to do either.

3. My question is so stupid, it needs no answering, ahehehe.

4. ?????????????

I was eventually able to get all the front ports wired up (you have to reverse the + and - pins of the 1394 port). Unfortunately when you get the front lineout working, the rear ceases to work. Not very helpful.
