I need some help identifying the problem with my TV HLN5065WX/XAA. It seems the picture is a bit on the dark side and could use a tweak of the "brightness". If this capability exists, where can I find the adjustments and how do I do it? Also, if I can't make an adjustment and I do have a problem, is the only way to resolve the "darkness" problem to replace the projector lamp or is it related to low voltage from the power source to the projector lamp?

Contrast and brightness are easy to adjust in the main setup menu. I recommend a calibration DVD such as AVIA or DVE to properly adjust the settings. If it's suddenly darker (you have a 3-year-old set), it might be time for a new bulb.
