Need help making up my mind

I have a 40 inch Samsung LCD right now , but i want to either upgrade to either the Sharp 45" or wait it out for the Sony LED 46". My thing is , is that i am a sup at BB in HT ( i know im gonna get flamed lol ) and we have discounts , but im not sure that we or magnolia ( higher HT ) will carry the Sony Qualia . Do you guys think its gonna be that much better ???? / Has anyone seen the tv next to the sharp 45 " , because specs arnt everything . Thanks alot .
