hello all, thanks for helping i did my reseach for the most part. now i've narrowed it down to these two sets...


Panasonic 42' plasma 42px60u. 1024 x 768, 10000:1 $1249 shipped.


or


Samsung 40' LCD LN-S4041 1366 x 768 3000:1 $1199 shipped.


or


Samsung 40' LCD LN-S4041 1366 x 786 4000:1 $1286 shipped.


I'm stuck and i was hoping that i can get some input from you guys. Pros and Cons would be great....

this is a newbie question but is there a big difference between the 1024x768 and the 1366x768. as well the the different contrast ratio?

Again this needs to go in the Flat Panel area where LCD can be compared to Plasma. You posted in both LCD and Plasma threads and will have better luck in where both can be discussed. Welcome to the forum, lots of good information here.
