Morning all

I do apologise but I'm a little stuck and i know it ll have been answered many times before but...

I have purchased a Samsung UE40H6400 LED HD 1080p 3D Smart TV with 2 active 3d glasses.

Im trying to use the 3d function and I'm a little stuck with it.

Ive downloaded Big Hero 6 film but unsure the format is right my question is that i got an mkv version that the tv doesn't support i have now realised what format i now need. All films will be played through usb into the tv I've tested normal 2d films and they play fine.

What format will i need to play films using active glasses does it use sbs,uo,avc?

i tried abs format but i didn't work the file size is far less than a abc film format

Many thanks for any help
